Overview:
The latest addition to Eaton's 9395 UPS family, the Eaton 9395XC UPS sets new market leading capabilities to manage growing data consumption demands today and in the future. Designed to anticipate the growing needs of data centers for large power capacity, the new solution has the smallest footprint with the highest power density on the market and delivers reliable, flexible power protection for everything from hyperscale and multi-tenant data centers to enterprise and light industrial applications. The 9395XC UPS, which is compatible with both VRLA batteries and cost-effective lithium-ion UPS batteries, is available in a 1500 kW model, the first in a series of monolithic UPS solutions, with additional models expected in the future. With Eaton’s Energy Saver System mode activated, the 9395XC UPS can reach 99 percent efficiency.

Efficiency and compatibility
ESS: How is it different than Eco mode?
- Instantaneous action: Less than two milliseconds transition time makes the UPS reaction time invisible to IT loads
- Inherent surge suppression: ESS provides transient suppression within the UPS—loads are protected from lightning events, even in ESS
- Fault discrimination: In a short circuit condition, the UPS detects the location of a fault (upstream or downstream), and reacts appropriately and instantly to protect the critical load
